For example, a 70% retention rate means that 7 out of 10 previously active addresses continued transacting in the following period.\n\n**Interpretation.** Higher retention reflects sustained user participation and is an indication of the asset's utility, with frequently-used assets such as stablecoins often exhibiting higher rates.
